Waste Water Treatment Plant Opr. | Carrier Corporation | Stone Mountain, GA Position involves operation of facility waste water treatment plant to treat waste water prior to release. Operate waste treament facility to neutralize waste chemicals to achieve proper ph before release. Assist production managment personnel with hazardous and non-hazardous waste insuring that used chemical drums are cleaned, labeled and sealed prior to disposal. Maintain proper documentation and reporting to appropriate agencies as required. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Requires Georgia State Certification. Computer literate. Willingness to work with caustics, acids and hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
